At this point in our history, individuals, organisations and governments are facing unprecedented levels of change and challenge. We need a new approach and framework for making choices and decisions, one that incorporates the notions of intuitive sensing, holism, working with emergence and the development of an acute sense of true thinking if we are to be effective.
Globally, the incorporation of spiritual principles into the workplace and the rise of a new consciousness are responses to humanity’s search for tools that will help us navigate this period of intense transformation.
Many of us are asking some life-altering questions: How do I know that I am making the right choices in my personal, business and family life? What really matters to me and to us as a global community? How am I going to make a living, and what would be meaningful and purposeful work at this time? What is the world calling for? Am I in the right job? Should I continue on this path or change direction? Who am I and what is my work? How best can I contribute to a new order?
We know that a single choice or decision can have a profound impact, enriching our life and the planet significantly, or can plunge us into further chaos and complexity. Our planet is in its current state of crisis because of the choices we’ve made. The force of creation is inherent in all the decisions we make, setting cycles of events in motion, with a set of consequences that will in many cases have to run their course.
This crucial two day seminar explores the circumstances in which we currently find ourselves. It invites individuals and businesses to radically change their mindset, make more informed choices and decisions and cultivate an interest in forging new pathways that enhance and create instead of tear down and destroy. Drawing on the latest work of leading change management theorists, futurists and great teachers, participants will be encouraged to develop their personal or business plan for the next phase of their lives, with the help of some profound tools and processes. This will offer a taste of what it means to lead from the future rather than depending on many past models and maps that are increasingly no longer relevant.

She was a partner in a Cape Town-based training consultancy, Renaissance Business Associates, and was a committed trainer for the RALI organisation – a multi-cultural youth development programme. She has worked in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, the UK and the USA.
Learning Approach
A variety of experiential methods will be used, including interactive presentation, conversation and audio-visual clips. Participants will have the opportunity to work alone, in pairs and in small groups.
